EdalpTalks began as a conversation between two people who are still in the middle of it. Not coaches who have arrived somewhere and now look back with polished advice, but two people genuinely on the road, growing alongside the people they work with.
We are Eda and Alp, a couple who coach, write, and think together. Eda works with emotions: what we carry, what we avoid, and what we need to feel in order to move. Alp works with systems: how we structure our goals, our decisions, and our days.
Together, we cover the ground that most coaching misses. One conversation can hold both the feeling and the plan. That, we believe, is where real change begins.
Eda came to coaching through her own journey. After a year and a half of dedicated training, she found herself wanting to walk alongside others who are going through something similar. She is not at the end of that road either. She is still on it, and she believes that is exactly what makes the work real.
Her approach is rooted in emotion: what we feel, why we feel it, and what those feelings are quietly asking of us. She works with people navigating the kind of change that doesn't come with instructions.
She brings warmth, patience, and a rare willingness to sit with complexity rather than rush it toward resolution.
Alp works at the intersection of finance, personal development, and motivation. He is drawn to the structures people build around their lives: the goals they chase, the systems they use, and the silent stories that drive both.
Where Eda works inward, Alp works outward: patterns, decisions, the architecture of how things actually get done. Together, they cover the ground most coaching misses. Emotion and system, feeling and function.
He brings clarity, directness, and a genuine interest in the gap between what people say they want and what they actually build.
We don't run sessions from a script. Every conversation is built around where you are, not where a framework says you should be.
We will tell you what we actually observe. Warmly, but directly. Comfort that obscures clarity is not kindness.
Real change is slow. We are not optimising for quick wins. We are building the kind of understanding that holds.
We work with a small number of clients and keep cohorts at eight. Attention is finite. We protect yours and ours.
